The doctoral programme aims to train scholars with a basic background in the history of economics and its analysis in its various forms, such as the history of economic systems, business history, labour history, the history of cultures, theories and economic policies. They will be led to deal with the international literature and the most innovative research areas, to participate and build scientific networks and to compete on projects for national and international calls, to manage multiple data sources and learn different qualitative and quantitative methodologies of analysis, to cultivate dialogue with other social sciences.
