Person and Legal Systems

The Doctoral Programme in Person and Legal Systems promotes education in scientific research and international scientific cooperation and/or in relations with external research bodies, including foreign ones (universities, international organizations, courts, public administration, local authorities, law firms). In this regard, the collaboration of the Department of Legal Sciences and the Center for Studies and Research in Legal and Social Psychology will be particularly valuable.

The doctorate lasts three years and includes the following paths: Administrative Law, Canon and Ecclesiastical Law, Comparative Law, Constitutional Law, European Union Law, International Law, Criminal Law, Private Law, Civil Procedure Law, Roman Law and Ancient Rights, Tax Law, Philosophy of Law, Criminal Procedure and Law of Evidence, History of Medieval and Modern Law.
