Opening Ceremony of the XLI Cycle PhD Program in Psychology

On Thursday, November 6th, 2025, the PhD Program in Psychology held the opening ceremony for its XLI cycle. Professor Margherita Lanz, the school's director, presided over the event, which saw the participation of doctoral students from the three current cycles, along with those from the outgoing XXXVIII cycle. Members of the academic board and the organizational committee were also in attendance.

As every year, Professor Lanz opened the ceremony by offering a detailed overview of the school's recent innovations and the program's distinctive features. The event continued with presentations from doctoral students of the XL cycle, who provided insights into their research and academic lives. These presentations, including both personal reflections and project overviews, underscored the collaborative environment and challenges inherent in the doctoral program.

The ceremony concluded with individual presentations by the 8 new students of the XLI cycle, each introducing their research projects, marking the beginning of their academic journey.
